Simple but big Question to all candidates:
How would we leverage the player base already in tow to build constructive concise rosters of varying builds/salaries and skill sets?

I would say to continue to build on the work that has already been put in as a foundation for the team where we have a lot of really good players currently and a lot of really good talent coming up. As far as how we get there to build the best roster we possibly could create for now and the future it'd be a team effort as far as all of the managers involved that can be used for counsel to help with decision making and coming up with training plans for all of the elite prospects that we have, a long with getting managers that end up drafting/buying elite talent to work with them to help build training plans that can both make a player successful for both out NT and for that managers club team

Hi,
Do you think it's better to select players from American teams if they're obviously kept in good shape throughout the season?

That would be ideal, I would definitely do my best to reward USA trainers and getting their guys on the roster and get them playing time but with that said it would be a game by game decision tree based on the competition where winning games will always take priority and playing the most talented players we have available to us that fit the game plan we will be using.
