I assume there's probably a stronger focus on JS if you were to just train Jump Shot but is there any reason to? Or would I be better off just training One on One because it trains JS, HA, and DR?

Is the dilution just so strong in One on One that it makes sense to throw in Jump Shot training as well?

Jump shot can also train jump range, which is IMO one advantage for jump shot training over 1v1.

Jump shot alone is trained rather well with 1v1 for guards, however for forwards the jump shot training is considerably lower.
