Is-sena l-oħra erġajt bdejt nilgħab din il-logħba u kien ta' niket li nara li l-coach Malti tat-tim tal-U21s ma kienx qiegħed jilgħab u b'hekk spiċajna nbagħtu bħala nazzjon.

Niddikjara li bija fit-tmexxija dan mhux se jkun hekk. Se nkun qed nara li qed niżvillupaw il-ftit Maltin li hawn f'din il-logħba ħalli ma nibqgħux l-agħar tim fl-Ewropa.

Jien stess qed nagħti priorita' li niżviluppa l-players Maltin tiegħi stess sabiex inkunu nistgħu nikkompetu.

Nixtieq li fi ftit staġuni jkollna numru ta' players tajbin sabiex nikkompetu u nuru li bħala nazzjon aħna aħjar milli kif qegħdin issa.

To all Maltese Managers,

I wanted to write a few words to explain why I decided to contest this election.

Last year I restarted playing this game and it was disappointing to see that the Maltese U21 coach was inactive and because of this as a nation we were struggling.

I declare that if I am elected this will not be the case. I will be making sure that the few Maltese players in the game are being developed so that we are no longer the worst team in Europe.

In fact, this has been a priority within my own team as well.

I hope that in a few seasons we will have a number of players good enough to compete and show that as a nation we are better than this.

Hello everyone,

I am officially presenting my candidacy as the next manager of Malta's U21 National Team! I'm a highly passionate and active manager who started my Buzzerbeater journey in season 2. Unfortunately, that initial account was closed, but I've continued my commitment with my current account since season 15, always with great dedication.

I gained valuable experience as the coach of the Italian U21 National Team, achieving significant results and ranking 13th among the all-time Ita-U21 coaches. Additionally, for several years I have been part of the scouting team and staff of the Italian U21, collaborating closely with prominent coaches like NdR619, who is among the most successful in U21 history.

My primary goal, if elected, will be to reinvigorate Malta's U21 with constant activity and attentive management, ensuring no more periods of inactivity like the one recently experienced. I will personally assist every manager in the development and growth of their young talents.

Moreover, I aim to establish a robust and collaborative scouting team: everyone who shares our passion and motivation is welcome to join because I firmly believe that teamwork is key to achieving outstanding results.

Vote for me to ensure a dynamic and successful future for Malta's U21!
