I am suggesting all trainers get reset to certain salaries when reset to sell. I am only going to mention the level 5,6, and 7 trainers. Others could be reset to lower salaries of course.
Level 5s reset to $15k
Level 6s reset to $22.5k
Level 7s reset to $32.5k
This would still create bid wars for the 5s, 6s, and 7s, which would keep the “Taking money out of the game” purpose that it currently has. This would also allow new players and players without big money in the bank to have the opportunity to train effectively for U-21, NT, and personal training without having to use their entire savings just to get a solid trainer.
Teams would still have to replace their trainers every 2-3 seasons before salaries get out of hand.
My logic is that the current system really follows “The Rich stay Rich” mindset, as it would be nearly impossible for a newer player or someone with a low bankroll to draft or buy some good trainees and buy a needed level 5,6, or 7 level trainer to keep up with the training needed to make a U-21 team or finish training an older player to make a NT team.
I think this would keep more newer players in the game, as they would have the opportunity to do things like this.
Hi there, AIRFORCE1.
With respect...I disagree. New teams need to learn everything about BB and, over numerous seasons, improve and progress. Making it to the top league in your respective country should not be easy. It should take time, energy and patience. While the "rich getting richer" aspect of the game seems unfair, those teams (and I am not one of them) have had to work hard over an extended period of time to 'earn' that. And even when teams get to the top division (which I have done previously) it is still extremely hard to stay there as it goes to another level.
Sorry for the extended comment. I just think teams need to progress in relation to their experience; there are no shortcuts nor should there be.
My two cents worth.
Have a great season.
