does anyone know how to see when you will be getting your weekly money because mine says 400,000 per week but I do not know when it gives me more money.

All expenses (player salaries, staff salaries, scouting, and infrastructure) are paid on Monday during the weekly economic update (time shown on your Team Calendar in your browser's timezone in 24h time on the Manage My Team page).
Merchandise income and TV contract income is also paid at that time.
Attendance revenue is paid at the start of every home game (it actually occurs in the 10 or so minutes before the game's listed start time, once the simulation is complete -- but it won't show in your balance on your Manage My Team or Economy pages until after the playback of the game ends).

Brand new teams get a $50,000 additional "starter cash" bonus for the first four weeks to help with initial expenses, as stated in the rules: https://buzzerbeater.com/community/rules.aspx?nav=Economy, and if you haven't fully completed the tutorial yet you can get some small one-time bonuses (and up to three new players that will be better than the initial players you started with) from following that.
Otherwise, the income you receive (and expenses you pay) on a weekly basis is as I noted previously.

Welcome to the game!
As to answer your question: Definitely not, as cash flow income is dictated by 3 main sources of income, which are the following
Merchandise
: This is your fan merchandise, jerseys, hats, etc. that the team sells and you get for profit
TV Contract
: Each of the 16 League members have this fixated amount coming in weekly that is dictated by the TV Games that the TV Provider displays in your league. Each team is given 3 TV Matchups a season.
Gate Receipts [Attendance]
This is the
most important one.
While you cannot control the TV Contract, and have a decent amount of control in your merchandising, you have the most and penultimate control in your Attendance. These are your fans pulling up to the arena to watch your games live. Wins, facing a top tier opponent, and optimal priced seating are the factors that drive attendance sales.
It is very critical as a new team to start investing into the arena, as this is your biggest source of cash flow in the game. Yes, you do get nice start up funds from BuzzerBeater itself, but once that cash dries up it is on you to ensure that your arena infrstructure is set up to succeed! I've noticed you bought a few players already, nothing wrong with competing out the game. However, please make sure you learn the game intricacies and whatnot before going all in.
Did I mention invest in your arena? If not, I'll say it again.
INVEST IN YOUR ARENA
As this is your biggest token to help in raising your weekly income.
