I suggest adding another draft point option:

9 points/week ($80000/week)

Following the progression I think it would be more logical 8 points/week ($80000/week)
Anyway I don't know if that would make sense, it seems an incredible amount of money to spend on draft.

I think there is a reason for this... max now is 84 pts a season (6×14) which is more than enough to unlock all skill points of all players, all heights and even scout some for pot.
If there was option to have 8pts a week, you'd have 112pts... what for?
I think you're aiming towards picking up more points if you need them after draft is in.
But part of draft should be a strategy over season in my opinion.
