Hello,
I am writing to see what you think about the effectiveness of 18–19-year-old player training. I have doubts about these three (approximate) proposals. Which is better in terms of effectiveness/cost?
1- High budget (euros):
World-renowned Trainer. Cost: €600k; Salary: €60-75k
World-renowned youth Trainer. Cost: €300k; Salary €25-35k
Exceptional doctor: Cost: €100k Salary €20k-30k
Infrastructure: Level 3 gym; Level 1 training court
Total: €2.5 million + €105k-140k per week
2- Medium budget
Exceptional Trainer. Cost: €400k; Salary: €30-45k
Exceptional youth Trainer. Cost: €100k; Salary €20-25k
Superior doctor: Cost: €50k Salary €15k-25k
Infrastructure: Level 2 gym; Level 1 training court
Total: €1.85 million + €65k-95k per week
3- Low budget (Staff without specialty)
Superior Trainer. Cost: €100k; Salary: €20k-30k
Superior youth Trainer. Cost: €30k; Salary €15-25k
Advanced doctor: Cost: €20k Salary €10k-15k
Infrastructure: Level 1 Gym; Level 1 Training Court
Total: €1.15m + €45k-70k

Would you recommend another option? The training Court may not be advisable in any of the three cases, and some coaching staff specialties may be important...

Any advice?

Thank you very much!

Not sure about cost and effectiveness but the benefit of training court and gym is once you buy them you have them forever. Coaches you have to replace at some point. So i think a level 3 gym and training court is worth the investment.
