Can U help me with this. I was thinking to put a player on one position and not to birng any reserves or back-ups for him. Same with another one. They will play their 48 minutes (hopefully). Is this possible? Is this how other teams train up to 6 players per week?

No it's not. They've got 5-6 players for 2 positions (for example PF and C) and they rotate them from game to game, to have this 48 minutes.

You can do both - the risk of rotating is that you might get 55-41 split in mins over 2 players in 2 games.. the risk to setting no backs up is foul trouble or injury.

I actually prefer the no back up option.

One more question... I usually train guards, so if my player plays 30 mins as a PG and 20 minutes as a SG (PG & SG training) will it count as a 50 minutes weekly training?

you should say 48 min of training to avoid confusion.

i think its not 5/6 (40/48) so you loose more than 1/6 of the training maybe 25% or so but nobody will find out so soon, coz the factors for training are just to many.

When I set my players depth chart with no back-ups, should I set ''strictly follow depth chart''?
