Heya,

I've been trying to optimize training for the past serveral month, this week.. i finally get 4 people on exactly 48mins, one around 54 and the last at 42.. alright, i can understand if 1-2 or the players with the proper minutes don't pop, but if 6 of 6 ( -1, since one didnt get 48 mins) don't pop, after training Outside Attack, i seriously can't understand that.

ok ok ok, really really bad luck i guess.. but hey, one player is a All-time great, how the hell should he get sooooooooo all time great, if he doesn't pop 75% of the time at least? Since the season started he only popped 2-3 times, and didn't pop at all (with enough minutes) 3 times.. which is really strange for a guy with a potential of 10+..

explanations?

PS- I have a Trainer 9, since there hasn't been a Trainer 10 for about 4.5 month now... (since i started).

Edit: I can understand, if you're trying to calme the genious players down.. not having them on 10 on 5-6 skills, but it really ruines the fun, if you're trying to optimize everything, investing lots of time to carefully plan training, having optimal conditions (age, height, potential) and the players not popping in a skill you train.. comon, be a little more generious (spelling?)..

Edit2: Plus.. just making some statistics.. if there's a chance of about 50-60% that a player with right height, age and minutes pops (which is already hard to organize) - the chance that NO player pops is 0.40^5 -> that's 1%... so did i just hit the 1% chance of getting no pops? sexy

Cheers

Just to quickly point out, but I don't think potential speeds up training at all, it just has an impact on how high a player can get.

I agree. The potential doesn't increase the speed of the training. Just increases the limit the player can reach.

Well, there is no technically no limit to the level a player can reach -- not before, and not now. The rules state that potential slows training down significantly. There hasn't been any evidence up to now about whether this happens abruptly or gradually.
