I've been looking into this, and it turns out that there were two problems. They both affect only cup games that were in the final or semifinal rounds on June 12, June 19, and June 24. The issues were fixed before the June 24 Cup games in N and S America, though, so those managers should not have seen anything unusual at all. Only very small countries were affected, because they are the only ones who have reached the end of their cup tournaments this early in the season.
1. The economy page was not displaying the revenue of these cup games for the visiting team. This is now fixed.
2. At game time, the ticket revenue was split 66-33% between the home and away teams. The split was supposed to be 50-50%, as it is with all other cup games. We decided, rather than taking money away from the home team, that we would give the away teams an additional 33%, so that in the end, the home and away teams both received the same amount (66% of the actual ticket sales). For games held on the 24th, the extra money is now reflected in the arena revenue line on the economy page. For games held on the 12th and 19th, the away team owners have the extra 33% listed as "Weekly Temporary Income".
Sorry for the inconvenience.

Thank you for your response!
I thought because we are in a small country my voice would be unheard.
