! hello Taiwan coaches !
First, a little bit about me. I am a Swiss, living in Bern. This is now my 3rd saison, and I always won the league. This saison I will raise up in the 1st Swiss league; I hope so : )
scouting
I plan to spend a lot of time scouting through every single team in Taiwan for good and young players. I think it's very important to have the best possible players which are being trained as well. I'd also be happy if anyone wanted to be involved to help with the scouting. I have some swiss friends who can help me, but for me it will be better to find somebody from Taiwan, so just let me know if someone wants to do something!
players
I would take players only from human controlled teams because I think that "BOT" teams don't train players and you can't communicate with team owner and talk about player skills.
the future
Taiwan is currently ranked #52 in the world. My plan is to claim in my period as coach to the top 30 mark. This might prove to be very difficult with the limited resources but I believe with hard work and good strategy, this could be possible.
