it will definitely help... providing the players have 48-80 mins you should see some nice jumps... my best was an average to proficient and i think i had 8 proficients to chose from out of 12 the week i did it.....i reckon on average everyone +1 and some a bit more...

i dont want to be the one responsible for making the ultimate decision... i guess a lot depends on your opponent and whether you need the form to beat him... i trained form to learn how it worked - youhave 3 proficients already and the minutes on the main guys shouldnt go down so you may get a couple of respectables to strongs....

all i will say is that when i did it i was happy with the results..... can you afford to give up 1 week of training?

So, as I can see training form is a waste of time, because those variations in grades are like normal game-to-game variations, with maybe some slight benefits but, in my opinion, to small to count.

But there is something else I wanted to ask, does anyone have or had player with form higher than proficient, or for that you really need to train form?

It is not so important how high can someone jump, more important is who is the last one standing

It's not a waste of time. Some players might have dropped from strong to proficient or from strong to respectable or w/e when he didn't train game shape. But now they are still proficient or strong, you don't know what their forms would have been without that game shape training.
Proficient is the maximum game shape.

But players are going up and down from strong to proficient, even respectable, through out the week, so I think that training form, if it is a benefit, is a benefit only for next week, or even until the next game after training update. It would be good if Vycka would specify the form of his players at daily update after first game.

Proficient is the maximum game shape.

That I really didn't know, thanks!

It's a little late now, but if I had players in that kind of shape, I wouldn't train game shape. their shape is good enough. If you do want to sacrifice a training for the cup game it would be much more interesting to look where your team needs improvement (example : inside defense) and then train players in that.
It would be much more wrth than keeping the form level, or raising it slightly...

They are not your friends; they dispise you. I am the only one you can count on. Trust me.

Watch at my last Cup game, I play Crunch he play normal, My players and raitings was better in one level, but we have same reboudounds, and I think that was because my best PF/C has respactable form, and his pf/c has strong/proficient, so now I think my team have biggest chances then before training, one or two players increase in outside def don't give me so much, like increasing form of my best players ;)
