I'm really stuck... I'm a basketball fan, not a fanatic, so a lot of the "advanced" options on setting orders for my team for each game go over my head... I also am not quite sure what exactly which players need what, or where to put them. I tried using those BB helper programs at the start of the season, and mostly because of that I plummeted to 7th in my league and am fighting just to stay in (I finished 3rd in the same league the past 2 seasons).

I was wondering if someone who is experienced and helpful would guide me and help me learn exactly what to do, since I am lost. I will mail you all of my team's stats, past records, staff lists, transfer records, whatever it takes in order for me to learn what I need to do to make the best of my team. I will probably avoid relegation this season, but if i don't start properly using my team to its full potential that won't happen next season.

There is a specific Help forum where you can probably answer a lot of your questions and the above links are 2 threads you probably want to check out if you haven't already (the first one has a run down of the standard skill each position is recommended to have).

A mentor would be a great way to go if you can get one (i would but the timezones would become a bit of a hassle i think) but check out the threads in the Help forum, might keep you going with some ideas.

i think take it easy on giving the info much.

as much as im willing to help, prepare specific questions and i would expect you have thought well this questions and not just giving questions.

also once in a while ask gm's too, like juicepats here who is really have a big fan base here due to his helpfullness and kind heart

ill answer them the best as i can!

but please go over those things first and look at the help forum :D
