[Draft] How are draft players generated ?

Hi,

I'd like to know how the draft players are generated.

Are they totaly "randomised" or not ?

And what about the 48 players packages for each division. Are they equivalent ?
(It looks like some 48 packages are better than others)

At least last season, draft picks were not completely random. Several teams in a single draft received players with identical skill sets, but different pictures and potentials.

I'm assuming that was a bug. I don't know if it was fixed.

Why would that be a bug? 2 different guys can have the same relative skill level, unless you're saying they had identical names too.

The players had all twelve skills identical, identical salary, and identical DMI. They had different names, pictures, and potential.

My inference is that the same seed was used to generate the twelve basic skills for each player. The fact the DMI and salary were the same suggests that there are no differences in partial skill levels.

I'm not going to bother to estimate the probability that three players in one draft would end up like that by chance.

and we just happen to be the guinea pigs of that experiment hahahaha

as much as draft is concern it seems lady luck was never really on my side :D
