That's what I did. I figured it was pretty safe, while I was still evaluating my players. It doesn't make sense to train someone that you end up firing. I'm doing free throws this week.

My understanding is that once you start training individual skills, that you should train complementary skills, instead of sticking to one thing, so that rebounding and shot blocking and inside scoring should all be trained for the big men. That is if they are good at rebounding they can absorb shot blocking training better, etc. So you should bring all skills up. I suppose that also means that if a player is deficient at a certain skill for his position, you should try to catch that up first.

I decided to train rebounds.

And I see that the sistem automaticly tell me that those who will recive training are Centers and PF

Only the players who play on those positions will get training? Or everybody will recive the training but those who play on those positions recive more?

You can train stamina/free throws plus one indivual skill.

Not sure if anyone really knows the optimal age for trainees yet, as the transfermarket is not that big yet, and with almost no higher skilled players.

When you choose rebounding, there is a 2nd pulldown menu, which allows you to select C-PF or Team. Team training trains everyone, but at a slower rate. For each skill there are similar position selections.

Read the training section of the rules. Players need to play 48 minutes each week to get the full benefit of the training, so with 3 games a week you might be able to train 6 players at C-PF, but that might mean using 2nd stringers in one of your league games. The "Weekly Stats" shows you how many minutes each player has played at each position this week. The match on Saturday was the first gane for this week.
