Hey Guys.

I would like to put my hand up for the job. This will be my third season in BB and last season i moved Vidamor from relegation material into the playoffs. It would be great to get the team coached by a local and im keen to work closely with the rest of the league to take the team as far as we can.

I am running for manager of New Zealand's Under 21 team. In addition to having a very solid team in America with a clear understanding of multiple strategies, I have developed some internal proprietary ranking systems of players that factor in things that I haven't seen in other rating programs that allow me to judge with a superior eye who the best players for a given team are.

My club team won 20 of their last 22 games in a very competitive division to take the league title.

I know New Zealand won't have the most talent per se, but I will do all I can to maximize that talent in each and every game, and stay active within the community to help develop more talent for the long term and work closely with the senior management for the men's team.

Lastly, much of my hours are early in the morning USA time, which corresponds to early evening New Zealand time.

I am also a huge fan of New Zealand, and if elected, will publish a photo of me in my All-Blacks rugby shirt.

hi, my "name" is gallo8 and i am one of the candidate for the role of U21 new zealand coach. that's my third season in BB and probably I have not the experience that a role like a coach of a national team need but if you will give me this honor i can only promises that I will used all my skills, my love for basketball, for make grown the team and the players of New zealand. I can't promises the world cup or something like that, but only this. MY teams play often a zone 2-3 and a move-the-ball attack but i can change my tactical idea in function of the player that i have.
In the end, why you must vote for me? Because i'm hungry of victory and that makes always the difference
