Hi all,

I am the manager of Toronto Immigrants, who were crowned champions of Division III.4 in Season 5 and now competing in League II.2. I would like to run for the manager position of Canada’s U21 National Team. I have a lot of free time and it will all be used on building and manager the U21 team if I do get elected (of course I’ll save a small portion of my time for my own team). A vote from you will be sincerely appreciated. Thank you.

Hello everyone,
I am the manager of St.Albans Hawks and Runner-up of Division III.4 in Season 5 with a record of 20-2. I am now playing in II.1 and spend most of my free time working on my team, finding any ways to improve. I will put the same effort into the U21 National Team if/when I become the Manager. Canada has alot of young talent that I will put to use. I will also do my best to find the best Under 21 and make a winning team out of them. Good luck to everyone in finding the right manager for the job, even if it means it will not be me.

Afternoon all...

I am the manager of the New Brunswick Maddogs. I've been playing for a few seasons now. I won my division my first season. I've spend 2 seasons in Div1 now.

I'm ready for the next challenge. I hope to move up and compete with the big guys this year.

I would love to be the under21 manager as I would like to work with the NT coach and hopefully promote our players from the under 21 team to the NT.

Thanks

Hello all,

I'm not big on the speech thing, but I figured I'd give a quick note. Most of what I have had to say can be found in the debate thread where I've answered a couple of questions.

I would like to see the Canadian U-21 team be at the top of the national rankings and win a title. I would do everything I can to try to accomplish this. Realistically it would be difficult with some very strong countries to compete against that have far superior numbers, such as Spain, Italy, US to name a few. To achieve this level of success it would need to have several very dedicated Canadian managers that could provide quality young players and train them for several seasons from age 18 through 21 to provide enough depth and variety to use different tactics throughout tournaments and games.

If I am elected to coach the U21's I would hope that I can use the experience I have had over the past 3 seasons now in addition to help from other dedicated intelligent Canadian coaches to put the best possible team on the court for each and every game. I would hope that these players would then be able to go on to improve and aid our full national team throughout competitions during future seasons.
