I just wanted to wish all of you well this season. Except when you play me, of course. ;-)

What a great game this looks to be - I can't wait to finally get it sorted out.
Good luck all.

It looks like you joined last week. Welcome to the game! I have been here for 3-4 weeks and I'm having a blast. How did you find out about the game?

I have been playing hattrick for a couple of years. I thought I would give this one a try as well. I love the game interface - How did you find out about BB?
Do you have any advice on training?

I just started last week. I found out through Hattrick. I was playing another basketball game called, Charazay, but after I saw one of these games, I said bye to the other. This game is a little more realistic. In Charazay, I'd be up by 20pts in the 4th qtr and then lose by 1 point.

I came over from Hattrick, too. I probably started HT around the same time as you. I also love BB - I find it more complex than HT but not too complex.

I just started BB so I don't want to say too much. However, decide which position you want to train 1st. Do you want to train guards, small forwards or big guys? Each has a different set of skills and will train differently.

Also, be aware that multi-skills are really important in BB. The game slows down training if you try to go single skill only.

IS there something akin to the training report - in other words, how can I tell if my players have advanced in skill. I know training was last night, but I can't tell if any of my players jumped ( I completely understand it takes more than one week to improve a skill).

There is no training report. However, all skill increases are shown in the player's stats. If he went up, he'll have a green up arrow next to the stat. If he went down, a red down arrow (only for old players).

The arrows are not there for practice this week.
