Here are some ideas for first steps in Buzzerbeater - I write this to help the new Byelarus teams develop - remember I hope that you vote for me as U21 coach :-).

1. Fire all players that have salary < 2000 - they are worthless and only cost you money.

2. Try to sell other weak players for cash. Calculate the sum of all the skills of each player, and sell those with the lowest sum (maybe use excel or similar programs for this). You should have only 12-14 players to save salary costs.

3. Hire a good trainer (level 7 or better), a level 3-5 doctor, and a PR manager (decide yourself the level, people disagree).

4. Good players for PG-SG-SF need good passing, jump shot, jump range. PG and SG also need handling and driving. Rebound and shot block are nice to have.

5. Good players for C-PF need good rebounding and inside defense, also inside shooting. Shot blocking, passing and jump shot are nice to have.

6. Decide whether you want to train C-PF or the other positions; if you have only 1 or 2 very good young players, train only one position, if you have several mediocre but trainable young players, train several positions.

7. When you start to understand the economy, buy a trainee - the next two weeks, prices will be low because of the season break.

I believe it's no good to train only one positions.yes the players grow up very quickly but they can have only two players to train!
So it's better for me to train 2 positions and in the market now there are a lot of players at low cost and young!

Fot the other point I'm in agreement with you!
We could be a team of coaches for Byelarus!;)

I believe Josef Ka is right. If we want to catch the evolution of the other national teams the Byelarus teams our the teams with Byelarus players should train only one position.

Yes.but with only five teams it's necessary to train more players because Byelarus now has few players!
If Byelarus will have in a few time some other teams the better thing shuold be train only one position!

In my opineon it's better have 2 good players that 4/5 mediocre players for now, in the future they can change the training strategy but now we need good players for National and U21 that are training the fast as possible.

it depends from the decisions of the coach of the 5teams.I believe that with help of the coach we can have more players in few time!
I'm in agreement with you...but i say that it's better to train 2 positions because for the
teams it's convenient. But for the national it's better to train one positions.
We can wait the decisions of the players;)

Tomorrow we have the results.
If I don't become the coach and if you want I can be part of a staff to help the NT to grows up!

There are only 5 teams in Byelarus. We don't even know, how many of them we be active in the hear future.

So, the main goal is to explain to the Belorussian players, how does it work with the correct training. Give them the possibility to see, how can their best players develop themselves and present their best qualities during the U21 games :)

can you help me with the training?
I don't have good young players at the age 18-19
So I need to decide what training type to choose. Do some training types have advantages? What would you advise? or maybe, there is some type that is easier to start from...

one more question, is there any advantage for me and my team if I have a player of national team?
