Today we recognize that the Enthusiams reset from the NT was made spontaneous and at a date which wasn't schedouled early ... OK they told us a DATE when we ask last season(which was after the second change qualifier), but this doesn't amtch with the spontan set date at this weekend with less then to days to react.
So we are pissed of in several ways, we play a conservative strategie, which would have high change to qualify for World Cup and don't try to get the direct qualification with severals CT ... The advantage of an high enthusiams for the qualifier was gone, and probadly was nearly impossible to restore ... But we also miss to dismiss player who are out of training, or should play in the U21 because they don't have big chanches to play in the senior squad, but now we have less spot to nominate new players and can't fire the unnedded without destroying the enthusiams of the NT.
If you make an new reset after the game, it was silly to because you could play CT without get punished for it.
So my proposal was to abolished the handicap in enthusiam when firing a player from the NT quad till the begin of the real World Cup competition.
ANd for the next year, don't say date if you aren't sure about it and don't make it spontaneous schedule such important updates a long time before so that you could plan your strategic and don't make it for an game just depending on luck.
PS: And if you made such spontaneous changes, please take a moment and think about it, if we did it so like you planned it the team from the second change qualifier could have an huge enthusiams advantage against those team who qualified in reaching the continental finals.
