Your job should be extremely easy: track the outgoing transfer of all active teams in India. Those Indian players have to come from somewhere, you know
Not quite as easy as that, though. Teams that have been replaced have their transfer histories reset, so you can't find players transferred that way. Draft results are one way to also try, but any players transferred from the originally generated roster of a replaced team would be hard to find without advertising.
