i need help...i want to make my team better...I'm already training but i think i need to make a trade, is that possible?

Trades are not possible. You can sell your players, and buy other players on the transfer list.

It is theoretically possible to buy a player from team A, and have team A buy a player you are selling. But you shouldn't go above the market. And if the market value of a player is $XX,000; then it means that there will be several teams willing to pay $XX,000 for your player. If Team A pays $XX,000 x N for your player, it could be considered cheating, and if someone notices that you paid a more reasonable price for a player sold by Team A - it is going to look like Team A is transferring money to your team.

So best advice is not to think in terms of trades. Think of selling your players to raise some cash, and buying other players to improve your team as two independent transactions.

If you click your player's name you reach his personal page. In this page there is a "sell" option. You can decide on a starting price, give an order to sell, confirm the selling and from that point it will be available in the transfer list for other managers to bid and buy.

Selling a player does not cost you any price - not in money and not in gameshape or so. The only price is that if you buy and sell a lot, your fans will be less satisfied (being afraid that you are going to sell the team's stars).

The transfer market works in an auction system - highest bid wins.
There is a deadline and it is a flexible one - if someone makes a bid just before the deadline - deadline moves to 3 minutes after the last bid
