I have several questions concerning minutes per week.
1) 48 -90 minutes is important for training position only, or for every position (for mainting good game shape)?
2) If I have 3 players in about the same level for the training position, I assume it is relatively simple to split the minutes, but if one is better, the coach will let him play more, and I have a slight problem, I don't know how to solve:
Currently, I play 3 games per week, and in the first 2, I let the players split minutes according to the judgement of the coach.
After 2 games I need to decide what to do in the 3rd
2 situations are quite clear:
If a player played over 48 minutes - I let him rest.
If a player played less than 30 minutes - I let him play at my openning squad.
What do I do with players that played around 40 minutes? I put them as back up players, but how do I prevent the coach from letting them play more than the players that need more minutes, yet enough to cross the 48 line?
