I want ask BB- what advantage get coach's who have NT or U21 players ? I'm coach of LITHUANIA NT, I take players play, and please some coach's to train young players, but they are asking who they get ? NO wage compensation, experience increasing in NT are very very very low, only chance to get injury for player who are in NT or U21... I think you can explain advantages to players who play for nt-u21

Injuries do not last past the game.

If you want to ruin the communication between your community and your NT program, be my guest.

Don't try to ruin it for everyone else that knows the rules that have been discussed here ad nauseum.
