My PG and SG are 19 years old with good heights but when do they really start to get old? At which age should I stop training them, when do they lose their "youth" and stop training as well as before?

around the age of 24...though potential will factor in to either extend that or decrease it. it was 24 y/o when all of the players were considered to be at allstar potential.

No in my opinion.
The 18 year old will train faster.

That's not just your opinion - it's ironclad fact.

A CT? Really?
Any two will do
Any three for me
Any four will score
Any five are live
