Hey i just played my second home game and according to my economy page i made $46.521, a big rise from the 25,000 from my first home game.

the confusion is that i actually had 114 less people watching.

I'm not one to complain about more money, but how is this possible?

The first game was a cup game if it makes a difference, and i have not changed any prices

all help appreciated

The first game was a cup game. The "attendance" money is actually the prize awarded to the winner of the game. The amount increases the further you advance into the cup.

It is confusing, since the attendance is calculated based on the same factors as league games (ticket price, how your team has been doing, the opponent, etc.), but you get a fixed amount for winning the game. I think that even if it were an away cup game that it would show up on your economy page, and perhaps even your arena page.

The $46,521 was your gate receipts for your home league game. If you take the attendance in each section multiplied by the ticket price, and deduct the 10% tax (for a D.III team) you should get $46,521.

You can probably use the attendance from both home games to decide whether to adjust your ticket prices, or consider expanding your stadium.

tax? Do they get higher as you go to better divisions? I'm quite blur about the new economy system.

Yes. It is 10% for D.III, 25% for DII, and 40% for D.I.

The percentage is subject to change, and is based on the difference between the player salaries that teams can afford, and the amount that they are actually paying. Currently the estimate is that D.I teams can afford $750K/week in salary. When they start spending that much, the tax will be removed.

You would have last season. It was changed for this season.

I think the BB felt that the cup draw had too much of random effect on the results. Teams that had several home games would advance more often and get more income. It was basically: roll dice, if result is even, give team $100,000.

So how is it diffrent now?
teams with several home games will also have more chances to advance, and by advancing get more money because the loosing team gets nothing...

They are not your friends; they dispise you. I am the only one you can count on. Trust me.

but the money won't make big difference now ;)

With the old rules, a home game bringst me normally 100k bugs more then a away game, if i got ~4 home games i arned more then if i win the cup with actual rules ;) So you was punished in 2 ways with the old system when you got an away game, as a "top" club with the old systems.
