i feel that this must be implemented for a couple of reasons.

I wish that NT managers could see the U21 roster skill sets and U21 should have the same privilege. Most of the time (even in RL), U21 participants would be promoted when they are due to their responsibility as U21 participants, and may be promoted if his skills are required for NT. it would be work less stressful also when scouting for new aspiring representatives for NT.

maybe U21 rosters might need a couple of players from the NT that are worthy of being in U21 so managers from both teams may be able to talk things out regarding players.

I don't think this would be a good idea.

Some users are sensitive that even the NT coaches get to see their player's skills. I personally have no problem with people knowing the skills of my players, they still have to beat them.

This shouldn't be a problem if the NT and U21 coaches work together.

i think in majority, or most of the time, NT and U21 coaches are on the same page, so this is one assumption that convinced me that this would be a good idea.

of course, our country is still in search for players that can be more competitive each day, so having this suggestion would widen our horizons and be more effective in scouting players.

it's all about the right use of power, i get what you mean by
even the NT coaches get to see their player's skills.[/q...even so when i elaborated that part.

but none the less, i think this would be useful for the NT's sake... isn't it?

We're working together - I tell him what I want and threaten violence if he doesn't make it so.

He then proceeds to mock me and I'm 1500 miles away and can't do jack.
