My current coach is level 9 with weekly salary of $ 24 953. I have been offered another coach who also is level 9 but with a lower salary ($ 20 114). I'm confused.
Why this new coach has lower salary? Does this coach has some lower sub-level? Do you recommend I replace my current coach? (If both are the same I prefer the cheaper one :) )

there are no sublevels, and there is also a range where salaries could be at the start of the Coaches carrier.
But your coach startet at a level 10 Coach and dropped to nine, thats why he earn more money(because salarie won't drop).
I won't change him, because it needs 5 weeks till you get your money back, and in this time the new staff system could be implemented or a new level ten coach appears etc.
