Not sure about highest scoring team, (mine struggles to score 100, hasn't given up 90+ yet), but my boy Blackberry Kush's team the Tijuana Coyotes give up almost 130 a game and gave up like 175 in one game this year. They really suck...so they might have the worst scoring defense in the universe.

This team in my league (23355) is averaging 124 PPG. But I can't say whether scoring a lot of points every game would qualify a team as having the "best offense in the BB world".
