It appears the main clock for the site is currently displaying UTC. All other times for my login are UTC as well (from the matches page, next scheduled updates...)
It was right when my game started today, but sometime during, it switched. I did move to the Weekly stats in the 4th quarter and came back to view live. I did not notice it until my match had completed though.
