I train C/PF (IS, ID and RB - couple of times in the season SB). My strategy is all of my 4 trainees to get more than 48 minutes per week to get full training. However, I think that I'm losing one additional training per week. Can U tell me how to organize my training to get at least one more player to get full 48 minute training per week.

My intention is to have 5 trainees per week. I can't figure it out how to do it. Can U give me some idea?

P.S. What is the maximum trainees per week that can be reached in my type of training (C and PF)

You should be getting 3 games a week regardless of being in the cup because you should organise scrimmages so if you were really good with your rotations you could train 6 players. Although this approach would require you to play without a bench for your training positions which isn't always the best idea.

I rotate 5 players pretty successfully though purely by planning ahead and deciding which players i'll need for which games and then keeping an eye on my weekly stats page to make sure everyone gets a share. Playing "coach picks from depth chart" helps alot! every now and then you'll get a week where 1 person doesn't quite get the minutes needed but it's not a huge problem.

Pretty easy if you're out of the cup. You can just put the 5th guy on for 48 mins without a backup.

Something like:

League game 1: PF1 and C1 with PF2 and C2 as back up
League game 2: reverse that.

Lets say PF1 and C1 played slightly more than 48 and PF2 and C2 played slightly less in those 2 games...

Scrimmage: PF2 with C2 as his backup, the fifth player for the full 48 in the centre spot.

that is an excellent tip ... and yes, that can be possible only when I'm out of the cup.

If you are blowing the opponent away or being blown away yourself your coach will take him out regardless of the fact that you put him there at all three positions.

you could avoid it in nominating just backups and starters, so all backups come to play in case of a blowout.
And when you loosing high, nromally the starters play in the last minutes, so it wasn't abd for this plan.

I also think CocoLoloMomo has a point and sometimes there is no way to avoid that. He just substitutes the guy with somebody else he chooses even though I made that guy starter, backup and reserve. So supposedly he will be his own backup and reserve but it doesn't really work for me.

this happen when he got foul probs, or you play with too much players ... It's pretty important to play with max 9 players, and give everybody at leat a backup spot.

In this case, the coach will simply pick somebody who isn't in the depth chart, even if you put strictly follow depth chart.

in which case?
