My next league match is against an opponent who has highest ratings at his outside scoring. He always play Run and Gun. His inside scoring rating is low. I need help.
What is better defensive strategy against outside focus opponent, 3-2 zone or 1-3-1 zone?

1-3-1 is a bit more effective, but when you aren't superior in rebounding i would play 3-2, else the opponent would grab to much offense Boards.

His performance so far shows that he is inferior at rebounding... with 2-3 zone he only manages to get inept (low) rebounding. As for me, my rebounding ratings are average (medium) with the 3-2 zone.

in this case i would play 1-3-1, when you are sure he play run and gun or motion :)

You could also try Full court press if your players have good stamina. Creates alot of turnovers against Run and Gun. It was my downfall a few games ago when i played against an inferior team.
