does team training (passing for example) depends on the coach level?

Charles: Penn has some good people
A CT? Really?
Any two will do
Any three for me
Any four will score
Any five are live

In order to get FULL training, yes, a player must get 48 minutes. The only "team training" that is independent of minutes—and level of trainer for that matter—are FTs, stamina and game shape. Just remember that each player's "bite" of training (when training the whole team) is not going to be too much as the total training is quite spread out.
