I want to know the real relevance of staff. Where to spend the money and where not?

I know that the trainier is the far most important staff member and I should go with the lvl 10 if I can. But is it resonable to pay level 10 doctor every week? I know that with the higher lvl of the doc I get higher prevention from injury / injury weeks. But is it worth keeping lvl 10 doc?

What about the PR Manager? I think this is the place where we can keep some cash. Or I'm wrong? I don't know the real influence of the PR manager. I know that he is responsable for the Merchandise revenue. What is his influence on the fan mood? Can lvl 10 PR Manager prevent high fan mood drop with heavy home game defeat against the league rival? (Level 10 PR gets more cash than lvl 6, but does he worth that much more than lvl 6).

This is actualy an economical post. My intention is to save some money but not loose too much of the staff effect on my team progress and team economy.

trainer is obviously the most important. if a level 10 comes up then take him. i don't really worry about doctors too much. i've only had about 5 injuries the entire time i've played BB and the longest was for 2 weeks. the PR is tricky. i think a mid-level guy is good enough as you will get his salary back in merchandise as well as a few thousand extra.

When is new staff available?

Feels like its been a doc lvl 2 forever now.

I was also wondering about influence of PR... I get 8k from Merchandise and I pay to my 9lvl PR 22k. So the only question is if he has big influence on how many supporters will come for the match... I raise prices of the tickets so i don't have full hall and I don't want that my attendance decrease, so does he has big influence on it?
Anyway I'll change for PR aroun 4-6, but is there any simple rule when it is better to have good PR and when it isn't necessary...

And the question connected with changing of the staff. When we are changing staff there is information: "The current PR-Manager requests a severance payment of $ 22 223, due immediately". In the economy there is already his salary, so that means that I will have to pay another 22k so in total 44? Or just that I have to pay his 22k anyway, but not for the second time...
