Does it cost money to transfer list players AND are any fees deducted when you sell a player (agent fees, etc)? I don't find anything about this in the rules...

no transfer fee, not at this time, anyway.
a GM or a BB wrote once that the transfer market is at this time "not mature" so they did not want to hinder transfers with extra fees. however it may be added in the future once most have a grip on the transfer market
