Just wondering how people like it so far. I think mine is pretty accurate and provides something interesting to manage.

The only complaint I have is with the "I am familiar with star players / not afraid they will be transferred". I don't feel like I have had that much activity but I'm only getting one ball. Here are my activities going back to last season:

-transferred my starting centre just before the season 5 playoffs
-sold one of my season 5 draft picks
-fired a useless player a few weeks ago
-put my starting PF up for transfer. He did not sell.

I know that is some activity but should it really bring me down to 1 ball?

I think I remember the BB's saying that the "I am familiar..." is in some sort of inverse proportion to the "the GM is doing everything he can" so if one is high the other will be low. I guess the "all things considered..." is the most important and even if one of your individual issues is only one ball, the overall can still be five. At least that was the case for me until I got shellacked last game.

Once I scored a basket that still makes me laugh.

Then i think it needs to be renamed to something that reflects why the fans arent happy... even I havent juggled my roster as i used to and i cant get above 1 star (normally 1/2). Come to think of it what is the benefit of having a category that is essentially near on impossible to please the fans on?

There are many reasons that i havent seen touted around that maybe the reason fans are not familiar...

1) Maybe they dont appreciate squad rotation and expect the best 5 to play all the time.
2) Maybe fans dont like it when players are played out of their natural position (and therefore maybe underperform compared their expectations)

These would mean that anyone with a competitive team fighting to win multiple trophies would be penalised for having to juggle their minutes.

Maybe its just a case of any team without a real standout player(s) dont get the recognition for building a balanced team?

Your points would make sense for me. I was regularly getting 4-5 stars. However, I train SFs. I recently started training my guys in guard skills after 2-3 years of inside training. This means that they are all pretty much out of position.

My minutes have also been crazy recently.

Regardless of how one considers the fan survey, the really important thing is how it affects attendance. I for one am as confused about attendance as I was before the fan survey was originated. Is there one or two of the subcategories that most affect attendance? If so, what are they? E.g., my team entered last night's home game with a 9-3 record playing a very good opponent from the other conference. My survey was decent, not great, but should have predicted a fairly good crowd (considering ticket prices too IMO). The crowd was one of the lowest of the year—go figure. If anyone has some ideas—other than the simplistic "keep winning"—please advise. Thanks!

You lost your last game and the same thing has happend before on 9-13-2008. I would say this level of attandance is about the avarage for you after an away loss in your situation. I don't see how you could do much about it as you have a 75% winning record (3 away losses): 50% of your home games (on avarage) are played after a loss, so with less attandance, and 50% after a win (high attandance).

It is fine overall. Nevertheless there are some strange things happening. For instance couple of days ago I had
I am pleased with the team's performance this season: 5
Now it is 4 and I have doing nothing else than wining in between...

But still overall satisfaction is 5...

Well, because your PR guy doesn't have time to ask ALL your fans every time, the fan survey shows the feelings of just a small group of them. This time the group he asked was a bit more negative, but probably still gave you a 4.24 star rating for your perfomance this season. This is shown (obviously) as a 4 star rating where your 5 star rating was somewhere between 4.76 and 5.00. Therefore the differance could be just slightly over half a star and in the overall rating that wasn't enough to make your overall rating drop...

BTW nice job! :D
