Hey! There are too few high level staffs.

Which will make us spend too much for hiring the high level staffs.

Do you think buy a staff more than 1M will be a nice way for us?

Did you see lvl 5 is the equivalent of the old level 9/10....

There seem to be 12 trainers of lvl 6 and 1 lvl 7....... I would say that these are a luxury at the moment... but if you had lvl 10 before you wont be losing out - infact you will be gaining as your new staff will not fall in skill level like before.

Lets see... I'll put down $150k for the Lvl 7 guy and see if we can strike up the first major bidding war for the best trainer in the game!!

I am sure he will go for a lot lot more than he is actually worth!

the fact that staff members tend to level down all the time makes me want to have a level 7 trainer... maybe that's one reason that people are asking about a too few lvl 7 trainers...

it's because of the fact that there are too few lvl7 trainers for sale... if it is much more supply than demand, then the result would be much more different...

This is not a good idea.

Which means the BB-developer will hold a market which can easily control the price of the staffs and get money from the whole BB world.
(Because users can buy but can not sell the staffs.)

This just like the socialist economy system which means the government can easily control the whole marketing.
And which will make rich team more rich but poor team more poor with high level staffs.

Well I'd love to be your accountant...

1mil.... lets say you get a seasons value out of him.. thats 70k per week.. plus his wage.. thats 103k (without increments) so lets average it out at 105k. (and this is probably lowballing it.)

So thats 80-85k a week more for a guy that is going to add how many extra skill levels to your trainees? (that are probably depreciating in value or should I say appreciating more slowly due to the new levels of deflation caused by the influx of cash into the new staff system)

I think I'll continue to take my pops as they come with a lvl 5 guy and step trade the transfer market when I want to upgrade my players....
