Well we have staff market so I would like to send to this market used staffs for about 50 percent of their's previous price

50 percent cut could be maximum to have only any satisfaction and that's all

what do you think?

I think that staff in real life isn't sold like property, so I'm doubtful that this will happen.

NO ONE at this table ordered a rum & Coke
Charles: Penn has some good people
A CT? Really?
Any two will do
Any three for me
Any four will score
Any five are live

Depends. From what I hear, you can trade for coaches in the NFL, no?

Only if the coach wants to go, and usually the situation is is that the coach does want to go but is under contract.

So what about giving to the coach willingness to be transferred if he is longer time in a team from lower league?
And in the higher league can demand less wage?

It can seems needlesly complicated, however if you connect these two things somewhere in the middle (III.DIV?), you motivate to be on top (wage) and compensate lost money to teams from lowest league. If this team wants a highest coach, he can get him now, however he have to invest and get the compensation AFTER he is done

it was more a tongue in cheek request....

if we are moving towards a more economic simulator (which lets be honest the staff system has pushed the game more in this direction) then i was suggesting (sarcastically) that we should go the whole hog and have another market where the disparity between users that are able to be logged on a lot could take advantage of the system (like the old days)....

we have to wait and see... i imagine the implementation of this system took a high percentage of the BB man hours in recent weeks... if the next wave of additions/improvements are more game engine related or tactic related then this will iron out in no time...

but one things for sure - to use the staff system efficiently you do need to spend more time on the site than before if you want to obtain the people you want.

Well Im not stupid and I will buy coach lvl5 with any speciality and thats it. Higher levels are according to the prices efficient for the 1 phase training at the start of players career (18y), otherwise this investment will not make any difference.
Is this what they want?

they could just speed up the training again and this would keep a more balanced market and infact lead to the U19 high potential market more interesting...

i think the concensus is that for 2-4 mil you might as well buy an almost fully developed player rather than a 19yo that takes 3 years at current training speed to catch up and then eventually surpass the skillset of the first generation of players.

if the youngsters trained as fast as a year ago then the premium for 1 of these players would be more interesting and the extra cash they sold for could pass more successfully down to the lower division managers that train them... this could be the best way of redistributing the wealth from the top teams and allow the advancing teams more cash to build a team capable of competing...

i think the level 6/7 trainers are also interesting for BB3 teams as well.... if you can train 7-8 players slightly faster then this has big advantages... 4-5 almost at their soft cap i agree is hard to justify the outlay.
