Figured I'd create a new thread for the Cup final. Here's some team data from my team prospectus tool. Discuss amongst yourselves... I have to get to work.

Given that jbmcrock is already in next season's B3, I think it would be prudent that he throw both the league and tournament titles in order to potentially have three Canadian teams competing.

I think I am now perpetually invited to BB3 according to the rules. I would love to have more Canadian teams in BB3, but not sure it would be fair to ease up and let my fans down. Besides, I still have a chance to get the first Triple (league, cup, BB3) in history. That said, I am still wavering on what lineup and tactics to play.

I have class, so I can't watch the game (maybe see a minute or two during a break). I ran a 3-2 and look inside. Good luck to the Sculpins!

Base/2-3 here. I can only watch the first half... I hope it will be close for the fans' sake.

Colombi out injured with 6:47 left in the first. Game over.

Just back from real-life basketball. Congrats to Törööö on defending their tournament title.

I think I was a longshot no matter what, but there was no way my inside defense and rebounding were going to be enough once Colombi went out early.

You got robbed by that injury ... and too bad that you didn't play look inside (I didn't think you could pull such high IS). But I will peg you as the heavy favourite to win the cup next year.

Playing Look Inside against teams that have the capability to put up good inside D usually results in me outsmarting myself. I think Base was the sane choice going in.

At least Colombi didn't pick up his second long-term injury of the season. I'll look for positives where I can.
