Something I really like that Hattrick implemented not that long ago was having the choice/ability to train stamina a little bit (or alot, should you choose) every week.
I think it would improve the stam/ft training aspect of the game to be able have this ability to do say, for example, 5% stam and 5% free throw training every week.
Other suggestion that would be cool:
- Free Throws - improvements tied to a players current jump shot/jump range/inside shot skills. A marvelous jump shooter would likely improve faster than an atrocious one.
