Does anyone have a sense of when significant training slowdowns kick in as a result of potential?

I train guards, and I have an 18 y.o. PG who is already up to Proficient in a couple of his guard-relevant skill areas. Yet his potential is only "Starter." Am I getting close to the point where his potential would start slowing him down?

i believe he has space for more, i got all star guards who got an average from 10-11 in the guardskill who train with normal Speed.

no the potential works every training on a new basis, and not on the basis of beginning of the new season ...

The function is kind of the calculation for the salary, and for that the skill level is improtant ;)

i won't post their skills in the forum, but i think he will see that they are far better then then his one, and just one potential level better then his players.
