Hi everybody,

I just checked my first cup game, and I didn´t find out if there´s something like a minute by minute report that you can "read" after the game (all I can see so far are the last 19 seconds). It would be of interest as my SG was fouled out, and I´d like to know when that was for example.

Maybe I´m just too new to find out where to look for it, then maybe a bold "link" or something could help people like me ;)

I don't think there is, yet. I certainly hope they add that feature though.

I also found something different: where can I see on which position each playr played in the game? I mean, I know my own players, but how do I see which of the opponent´s players was their center?

The thing is with the entire match report. We actually had a version of the viewer ( back in the day ) that showed the entire report. First problem is that it sucks up resources on the client really, really badly causing all sorts of things like crashing browsers. Flash isn't that good at handling the amount of text required even though we've used the new flash9 technology. Flash ( still ) has a huge deficit in drawing stuff to the screen and text requires a lot of drawing ( and memory ).

The second problem is that the entire match report contains literally hundreds ( anywhere between 200 - 500 ) of events and only the most enthusiastic reader can gain any real information from it. It's tedious and difficult to read as a listing.

An alternative is obviously a text based match report. Regurgitating the match events is one option but, as I stated before, there is very little benefit doing it that way. I've read through many match listings and, believe me, you fall asleep reading them if they're not accompanied by the shot clock, box scores, shot diagrams and everything else that make the current viewer a joy to use.

This feature has been requested by a number of people and we've already had some ideas on how to do this, even if we have to resort to the basic listing, but I can't promise anything in the near future.

The thing is, when I was watching my match live, I think I noticed something odd in the reports. I probably should have taken a screenshot but I didn't. It had something to do with someone taking shots who was still on the bench(was substituted in moments later) .

I saw something similar. I had a player substituted out, and THEN he committed a foul. According to the match report it was all in the same minute - so it might have just been an issue with the order of the events listed within the minute.

If you want to research it, it was Victor Dyson's third foul sometime in the first 2-4 minutes of the game.

Yes I think it has to do with the order as well. I remember him taking a shot and then being subbed in. All in the same minute.

Yeah it happens to everyone...it is just the order of how things are show in the game viewer....I'm sure they will fix it.
