I created a PL with six teams in it and invited a dozen or so teams. Now 7 teams have accepted (plus myself makes eight) and the league status is listed as still "recruiting". This hasn't changed for several days.

Doesn't it need to close recruitment and create the PL games?

I believe you'll need to click the exclude button next to two of the teams. After that, you should be able to create the league. Please let me know if this works.

Okay, when I exclude the appropriate number of teams and withdraw the unaccepted invites, I get a start league button. I pushed it but nothing immediately happened. Not sure, do I need to wait some time for the game to be generated?

It seems to have generated the matches now...I guess everything is okay now.
