you mean how to win against a full court press defense?

The only way is to get a good PG that has a good passing,handling,and good driving players, shooting is almost impossible,

why is shooting impossible?

And normally your Center loose the ball more often against a fcp, so better play with c, PF and ewrverybody else on court with a bit handling and Passing.

from the rules:

2-3 Zone: Increased inside defense and rebounding at the expense of a lot of perimeter defense.

im sorry but i didnt finish the last message, but i say shooting is almost impossible for the players, beacuase they are getting so much pressure from the defensive men,
by impossible i mean they can barely shoot, and if they do so they would miss,so i finish by saying that its hard to shoot with a full court press defense on.

first oyu often find a freee man, because it is a steal orientated press defece, on the other hand you must see it ain't ral basketball it is buzzerbeater ;)
