I have a SG that didn't up in jump range in the last 4 weeks. He's had 4 full weeks (ie 48+ minutes played every week) of PG/SG outside shooting training with a level 5 coach, he's 20 years old and 6'0.

Is this normal ? That means 5 weeks to get one up in jump range if I train two positions, that's harsh.

It is harsh, he should pop next week i should think it is normal, if you wanted to train him faster then you just train one position SG outside shooting, it takes twice as long to train two positions i think.
