So would you want your DMI to go up or down? Would up mean your skills have popped?

And remember too, that even when a pop does not occur, a player who has received training does go up in a particular skill (or skills when secondary training is involved). So don't be too bummed out if a particular trainee doesn't pop every time...Pappy
