Hey guys, i know i should know this after playing for a couple of seasons but I've never quite worked it out.

How does the defense work on determining whether a player makes a shot or not?

For example one of my starting bigmen (my Center) is a much better defender then my other one (Power Forward).

My question is if i was to come up against a team with a dominant power forward and just an average center would it make any difference at all if i played my C (the better defender) at PF to play on the opposition PF or is it purely based on team ratings?

Play your C at PF in that case.

I think it may also defend on the type of defense you're playing.

driving just means he creates the shot himself, so where he is scoring must?

But Outsidedefence should be stronger then inside defence against PG.
