Hi, i'm gallo8 and i would like to become the new manager of Belgium national team. I achieved good results with my team, Zanzibar land crusaders, in the Italian league (2 consecutive appereance to playoff in the 2 season that i have played and one final victory), the hardest and most competitive champioship of Buzzerbeater, and i feel ready to try an "international" experience and i choose the belgium team because i know that is a team with a lot of talented players, but it never had a coach that belives in the players and make them play to the top of their real abilities, something in which i'm very good
So, in the end, i hope you will select who you think is the best candidate for belgium bench, but i also hope to received this honor by all you.

this post is to announce my resignation as assistant manager of the NT team Belgium. During last season I already informed our current manager LA-vivachihuahua of my decision.

I must stress that this is not due to trouble or misunderstanding, nor to disputes between us. On contrary, I respect viva for his efforts and planned to assist him in the best possible way. However I simply do not have the time to do this job properly, and that is the sole reason for my decision.

I hope viva will find the courage and time to keep mahanging the NT, since he showed he realy cares, and tries his best to make a good team for our land.
I also hope that whoever will take on this huge task, that he will find a better assistant then I was. I know viva will tell that I helped him every time he asked for it, which I can't deny, but he realy did need to ask for it, and that is not how it should be!

As a final thing I would like to stress that everyone who announces himself as a candidate thinks it over REAL well. If there is any doubt about time or endurance to keep doing a huge task for 2 seasons, please do NOT run in the elections. We have had more bad then good managers for our national teams and the last we want is another initially motivated candidate who then finds out it's too much work and lets the team rot away.

Don't be so hard for yourself, you did a great job and I will always be thankful for that!


Now, to open the debate my quetion like always:

"What would you change in the current NT, so why should someone else choose you in stead of me, the current NT coach"

I would like to thanks Lord for his work in the NT team, now I'll take his place if Viva is elected again.

I think that we have to vote for Viva because he's now experienced with the NT manager job, We'll work together to bring the NT team to a higher ranking enven if I think that our last results show well that we can do good things within the next two years.

I can bring my experience of the Centers and PF's to Viva (you can see the result of my team to see it ;) ) and I can speak in French, Dutch or English to be sure to have a good communication with everybody.

To make a summary: Viva is a good and experienced manager with a good team around him and we'll bring the Nt to a higher level :)

Je voudrais remercier Lord pour le beau travail qu'il a fournis en tant qu'assistant de l'Equipe Nationale. Si Viva est réelu je serai son nouvel assistant avec un grand plaisir.

Je pense qu'il faut voter pour Viva car c'est un entraineur qui a maintenant plusieurs saisons d'expériences en équipe nationale. Nous allons travailler ensemble pour porter l'équipe Nationale vers un meilleur classement même si les derniers résultats montrent que nous pouvons déjà réaliser de grandes choses. Donc durant les 2 prochaines saisons nous allons progresser.

Dans la team, j'apporterai mon expérience en matière de Pivots et d'Ailier fort (vous pouvez voir les résultats de mon équipe pour vous en convaincre ;) ). Je parle évidement le français (mais également l'anglais et le néerlandais) afin d'assurer une bonne communication avec tous le monde.

Pour résumer: Viva est un candidat expérimenté, entouré d'une bonne équipe et nous ameneron l'équipe nationale vers d'encore meilleurs résultats.

Om te beginnen, ik will bedankt aan Lorg voor his werk zeggen. Ik zal de nieuwe assistant van viva worden.

Ik denk dat we voor Viva moeten stemmen want hij heeft veel ervaring en we zullen samen werken om nog betere resultaten te doen. Tijdens de last 3 matches, we hebben al heel goed resultaten gedaan.

In de ploeg, ik kan mijn ervaring van de Center and Power Forward brengen (om het te zien, jullie kunnen mijn resultaten gaan zien ;) ). Ik ben drietalig and ik ben dus daar om een goed communicatie met iedereen te waarborgen.

Dus, stem voor een ervaring manager met een goed ploeg ;).

My vote will go to viva as well :) He did the best you can for our country! Hope he will be able to maintain the level of the team and that we can grow in the future!
