Well, i bought a new coach but is shows me that his paycheck is still 1k:O:O

I have a level 9 coach, and this week I am offered a level 9 coach. However, this one has a higher salary. Are there any differences in coaches with the same levels?

Well, I think there is, but the difference is much smaller than between I don't know, trainer level 8 and 9
