I'm Umberto, Italian, i'm a student and i love all type of sports in particular soccer and basketball. In my free time i play soccer and i play online manager games how Buzzerbeater and hattrick.



In Buzzerbeater

Well, here i have much experience because i'm started in Season 2.
I'm started in the II division, but after 1 season i'm promoted to first division(in italy "Serie A"). I'm the NT scout from 2 season and i have some experience with the NT U21 and senior, specially for PG-SG-SF.
And I'm a staff memember of this Italian World Champion :D
But for the Al Jazair i leave this role.


Staff

I want to create a staff with users very expert (if you want to enter in my staff, contact me in BB-mail).I have in mind:
1+ tactical consulent,
1 scout for Point Guards
1 scout for Shooting Guards
1 scout for Small Forwards
1 scout for Point Forwards
1 scout for Center
A group of four-five users whose opinion on every important choice, will be taken in huge consideration.
Of course I listen to what the community has to say, both in terms of training plans and of tactical strategies.



Community

I and my staff will opened a thread in your forum about all the national team matches.
I think that for a very good team there is need also the collaborations with community and If you help me, we will be
competitive...

Bonjour à tous.

Je m'appelle Sébastien, j'habite en France, près de Bordeaux. Je suis étudiant en Master en environnement, et je pratique le basket depuis 11 ans. J'ai facilement accroché à buzzerbeater étant joueurs de hattrick depuis 16 ou 17 saisons (je ne sais plus ^^).

Ma candidature à l'élection du sélectionneur de l'Algérie a pour but d'apporter mon expérience dans le jeu et construire une équipe stable et avec un bon niveau pour les saisons à venir. Je joue depuis la saison3 où j'ai commencé en D4. Je suis actuellement en division2 et je jouerais la montée cette année même si le niveau est très relevé.

Mon premier objectif consistera à réunir un staff de 5 personnes, de joueurs si possible Algériens sinon Français si peu de monde se propose. Ils seront là pour suivre les joueurs et me conseiller tactiquement. Je serais néanmoins toujours décisionnaire des tactiques à prendre.

Le deuxième objectif consistera à rechercher un plus grand panel de joueurs et à favoriser leur formation en effectuant un suivi avec le staff. Chaque membre du staff suivra une catégorie de joueurs.

Le troisième objectif plutôt sportif sera une qualification pour le dernier carré de la "Coupe d'Afrique", où le Nigéria sera le gros morceau à abattre.

Je communiquerais avant le match où je présenterais la tactique et la composition adoptées. Après le match, je ferais un débriefing en évaluant points forts et points faibles.

Je peux répondre à toutes les questions, et en anglais si vous le souhaitez même si je crois que vous préférez le français :).
